About the Client
Enact Solar is a US-based software company with offices in the US, India, Germany, and Dubai. They sell proposal creation and solar monitoring software to EPCs worldwide. They also operate a marketplace connecting potential solar customers with EPC installers in the US and UAE.
The Challenge
Enact launched their marketplace model in the UAE. They had leads coming in from Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. But leads alone don’t close deals.
They needed someone who could talk to C&I customers about going solar with authority. Someone who understood rooftop systems, could generate credible proposals, handle technical objections, navigate complex project requirements, and close the sale. Their team had the software and the platform. They didn’t have a solar sales closer with deep technical knowledge of the UAE market.
What We Delivered
We became Enact’s sales and technical consulting arm in the UAE market. The work covered the full sales cycle, from first conversation to signed deal.
Lead generation. We worked with Enact’s team to generate leads through marketing channels targeting C&I customers in the UAE.
Proposal creation. We generated detailed solar proposals for commercial and industrial customers. Each proposal covered system sizing, energy yield, financial returns, and project specifics tailored to the customer’s facility.
Customer consulting. We spoke directly with C&I decision-makers. We explained the benefits of going solar, addressed technical questions, and walked them through financials. For complex projects, we consulted on battery energy storage systems (BESS) and financing structures.
Deal closing. We handled negotiations and closed deals. Projects ranged from 300 kW to 1.5 MW rooftop systems across multiple sites in the UAE for reputed C&I customers.
