The Story
I’m Harsha Yadav. I’ve been in the solar industry for 14+ years.
I started my career installing solar systems. Small ones. 1W solar lights for rural communities. Then bigger. Rooftop systems. Ground mount projects. Microgrids on remote Pacific islands. Utility-scale solar parks up to 1 GW.
Over the years, I’ve installed and consulted on 3,000+ solar plants. I’ve created and evaluated more than 10,000 solar proposals. I’ve worked with solar companies in 15+ countries across India, Australia, Germany, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Solomon Islands, Djibouti, and more.
I’ve seen what makes solar companies succeed. And I’ve seen what holds them back.
